Kabuli Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) are large, cream-colored legumes cultivated in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Recognized for their bold caliber, smooth thin skin, and creamy nutty texture upon cooking, our Kabuli chickpeas are graded meticulously by millimeter count (7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm / 42-44 to 75-80 counts per ounce) using mechanical screens and optical sortexers.
