Product Overview
India dominates 80%+ of global Guar production, centered in Rajasthan and Gujarat. Guar Gum Powder is a high-molecular-weight carbohydrate polymer (galactomannan) milled from the endosperm of the guar bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). It hydrates rapidly in cold water to produce high viscosity at low concentrations. We supply both Food Grade (E412) and Technical / Oilfield Drilling grades.
